Clean, fresh room. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff is excellent. My second time at this hotel and will be back

I stayed here for two nights. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was warm and had a nice variety. Would recommend staying here.

Hotel was very nice and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was provided and they had things for me to eat that were gluten free. Walls were paper thin and me neighbors apparently wake up at 4 AM to do jumping jacks.

Scott Holly and his entire staff provided excellent customer service for both our hotel stay and the meeting we held in the hotel conference room. The hotel rooms and amenities were up to the standards you come to expect with the Hampton Inn brand and it's location was centrally located to many good restaurants. We will use this hotel for our return trips to Tucson.

I'm unsure if it was the freak rain and cold or just the hotel but it smelled like damp old carpet. This was the muggiest hotel I have found in Arizona. The television was glued to the dresser, could barely be adjusted and was set to lowest brightness. The menu was locked and unadjustable. I understand the savings for both the hotel and the environment, but if you have bad vision it's an inconvenience. (I have been to enough hotels to know there are menus that allow the guests to change the brightness and reset as soon as you hit power. Quit being cheap. )
