  They had bed bugs at their hotel room, although they moved me to a new room in 19 minutes at night but the next morning their room service takes an hr but still couldn't manage to get me a key to get an item I left in the room with bed bugs. I could not pack my bags, I couldn't get time to have breakfast because I wasn't packed, I could work because I wasn't packed and waiting for the person. The bed bugs bit me and I couldn't sleep he rest if he night. In the manager manages to give me some points and to pay for dry cleaning!!!! Horrible experience!
