Everything always looks great and there are no unpleasant smells or anything. Greeted and told to have a great day as you pass by coming and going. Amazing staff and service.

Really nice hotel, spacious, stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, cleaned every 3-4 days. Near convenient stores, but recommend hiring a car to move around or using Uber if want to visit malls or anything else. Staff were very lovely. Complementary WiFi and use of the laundry which there were 2 on one floor, making it very convenient. Family friendly.

The room was nice which is the the reason I didn't give it a 1 star rating. Upon arriving, I noticed that the hotel was under construction. This isn't a big deal and is actually welcome since they're improving their amenities. What killed the experience for me was the way the hotel continued business through the construction. There were signs placed outside to direct customers to a side door which was locked. They did this to move people away from the main entrance since it was being improved. Once again, perfectly fine except that the side entrance was locked. I brought it up to the staff who in turn unlocked the door, but it was only unlocked for a few hours. This made us have to go through the main entrance that was under construction again. The biggest point of contention was their resort fee. They would not waive the fee even though all of the amenities of the so called "resort" were under construction. I asked what I was paying for in the resort fee and i was told it was for wifi and security. Seeing as wifi is a common, free, feature of any hotel and that the main entrance was exposed due to construction, the fee was completely unjustified and clearly a money grabbing effort. I paid the fee to avoid hunting for new hotel, but I will never stay here again and will tell others I know to stay away from the hotel.

This nice DRI property is located right of Speedway Blvd. The club has a reception area which is managed 24hrs. The club offers a nice size gated pool area and a hot tub. The rooms are ideally furnished with each room having a sofa in the living room and a dining table. The utensils are furnished for a time share experience. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities for the bathroom are superb, everyone receives a nice small but classy pouch with amenities. Very thoughtfully decorated and the club staff is very very friendly. Definitely a place to stay especially during the sporting events as the theme of the club bears sporting memorabilia.

A quiet, reasonably priced hotel with a friendly staff. They always take good care of El Tour de Tucson riders. It's in a good location, too. I'd bump them up to five stars if they went a little further toward being sustainable (ditch the individually wrapped soap and shampoo, switch to dispensers).
