  Spoke with a Carrie in catering in regards to a meeting room and 4 other rooms with king size beds for a week. She was giving me several different quotes for each day for each room and the meeting room. I was driving and asked her if she would email that to me and I will take a look and get back with her. She was absolutely rude and actually said to me that I can call her back when I am not driving and she will be happy to give that info to me. I was flabbergasted!!!!! I was actually speechless. Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else and they were happy to do business with me, happy to take my money and they treated me with much respect. Carrie cost her hotel lots of money just because she could not be bothered to send me a simple email. I looked up reviews afterwards and I know that I have made the right decision by taking my business somewhere else.

  No iron and ironing board. Couldn't see when I entered to room. No light switch by the door. When I found the light switch the lights did not come on. I had to stumble around until I found the lamp and switch. Limited TV stations and very fuzzy. Breakfast bar was wondderful. Bed was a was awesome. Be careful with the toilet it may rock when you sit down and get up.

  I started with booking a premier room when i got to the hotel the was a wait only for one person! Then I was told nearest way yo the room was to the lobby, my father can't walk long distance due to hear problems. The room was to the other side of the hotel.i felt horrible for him. When I got to the room it was wrong room. I then called told them it was the wrong room. I had to have my father walk to another room which also was wrong. The customer service here is bad too. While you stand in line you can hear the clerks making gestures as to how stupid people are. We are now wait to a wedding and my father is exhausted! Won't stay here again!

  This fading beauty is more of a resort than a hotel with spacious suites, a large outdoor pool area, restaurant and fountains in the bright central courtyard. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best- with a nice mix of Hispanic and Western favourites, along with a fresh custom while-you-wait omelette station, all served in the bright airy inner courtyard. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi was a little spotty, but the staff were gracious and friendly. We even had a nice view of the mountains from our room. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

  Hotel lobby is beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good price on room. Room was a suite and bed was very comfortable. The room could use some upgrading but was nice. I walked down to gym and pool area there is plenty of work out equipment and the pool area was very nice and clean. Next time to eat so I head over to the hotel bar and grill. I'm in luck its happy hour with free chips and salsa, veggies and some meatballs to die for and 1/2 price cocktails . Bartender very nice and can make an awesome bloody Mary. Time to check out. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've seen in a while.
