Basic Courtyard hotel. Nothing super special about it. Staff was very friendly as expected, room was clean and in order when I checked in. There were a couple of stains on the ottoman but nothing so bad or scary it warrented complaining. Pool and courtyard are had plenty of seating areas around and was in nice shape

Very disappointed. My mother's society purchased a hotel room for a guest speaker here. Said speaker is very allergic to feathers. We notified them of this allergy at time of booking, in person 2 times and the speaker called independently. There were feathers in the room. She nearly had to cancel her speaking engagement for 100+ people due to the allergic reaction that caused. When she daned to let them know of their mistake she was handed linens, the staff did not offer to make it up for her or wipe down the surfaces. Our guest had never visited the state of Arizona before, hopefully we can make up for the terrible first impression caused by your hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel. The housekeeping staff is top notch and very passionate about their jobs. If you are one that would rather not bring your own products, this hotel offers Paul Mitchell. Staff is very friendly, even during a time when they were at max capacity with several athletic tournaments in the area. Updated decor, stylish furnishings. The courtyard is nice. The only downfall of the hotel is that you can hear a lot of foot traffic from the rooms above. You can also see daylight around the door, which also means you can hear hallway noise.

Sometimes I think this location is very good and sometimes I don't. It depends on the room I am given. The walls are thin. You can hear just about everything- and the doors opening and closing throughout the hotel are loud. My first stay I had neighbors with very loud children literally banging on the walls. I asked to be moved. I was moved to a room with the TV still on, it smelled like smoke- not pot, not cigarette- chemically smoke, which made me think it was from perhaps drugs. Also lots and lots of perfume was sprayed in the room to mask the horrible smell. There were crumbs on the sheets of the bed. It didn't appear clean. I instantly had a migraine from the smoke and perfume. I asked to be moved again, and explained the situation- the lady on duty informed me that although I saw crumbs on the bed it was in fact clean- which that annoyed me, but oh well. I really felt bad asking to be moved yet again, because I hate being a pain, but I asked. Finally, top floor room facing the courtyard worked perfect. I wish they would have given me a room like that in the first place, since I made a request through the app when booking the reservation for an upper floor quiet room as I am an abnormally light sleeper, but oh well- I loved the last room I was given, and I could crack the windows for fresh air, which having windows that open a bit in a hotel is very important to me. I also liked that I could hear the courtyard fountain. It lulled me to sleep. I have visited this hotel again and requested the same room. It's okay all in all, despite the bad experiences. I do like the little gym as well. Nice lighting and pool area.

One of the better courtyards I've stayed at. There are a lot of restraunts within walking distance. The rooms were pretty much like every other courtyard out there. The courtyard itself was really nice. A lot of water fountains and sitting areas, which make it a very nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly as expected.
