First of all this place is in a rough neighborhood...so there where shady people walking around. We paid cash they had the nerve to take a deposit. Their rooms were $80 which I was quoted $60 over the phone. Got there, it was supposedly a lodging fee and outrageous taxes. I said its ridiculous to have $20 in taxes and fees. So we gets into the room I was floored to why it was $80, the power outlets has no covers, the decor is passed outdated and painted over walls to cover dirt. The only decent thing in the room was the A/C unit and the TV. The microwave and fridge was out dated and the bathroom was dusty looking. I recleaned the restroom and sprayed the bed down with Lysol. There where two long strains of hair under the cover. The people upstairs walked all night and was very noisey. I go over to the office for breakfast the next morning the waffle mix was water down the waffle didn't even fluff up. They had cereal and toast. The owner tells me I have to eat in the lobby I can't take the waffle back to the room. He said he doesn't like eating in the rooms. I asked the owner why do they take a deposit; he told me just in case something comes up missing or the towels are too dirty. I am like this dump is not nice enought to steal anything. And the towels where dirty when i got here. Thats why I have my own towels. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! The lady that work here at night is sweet and very friendly this is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. NEVER EVER NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

I came from Cali booked online when I got there to check in I was not impressed. Went to my room and walls were filthy light switches were black with dirt. The only reason I stayed was it was late. I checked bed that was brand new and so comfy so we overlooked the walls I used Clorox wipes to feel comfortable with using restroom or shower. Please get new shower curtains

We had reservations months in advance for a week long stay in a first floor double bed. When we arrived they had only an upstairs room available. She insisted we could get a downstairs room the next day. Didn't happen. Also didn't happen the next day either so we have up on a downstairs room. First night...not towels...second night...room hadn't even been touched by a housekeeper...third night...no towels....fourth night....no towels. The pictures are pretty deceiving. Super small rooms...wall plugs that don't work...no fitted sheets on the beds...just regular sheets. Our air conditioner didnt work either...hust the fan. It was pretty rough. There was one sweet desk clerk that worked the afternoon/evening shift and the two stars are for her. She apologized about the towels every day and would personally get us clean ones each time we asked. Pretty disappointed in our stay.

Our stay here was great. Room was clean, beds comfortable, tv worked perfectly. We also had a fridge AND microwave. Also, it was super quiet, we sleep in the daytime and we were actually able to get some rest, not like other places, where everybody makes every kind of noise. Staff was friendly and very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we will be in Tucson.

The five stars are for Elaine, the afternoon desk clerk. She is helpful and courteous and kind. The motel's physical facilities show their age, and it's obvious the place has been here for some time. But the price is right, the room is clean and comfortable, and the staff seem to genuinely care about their guests. If your travels take you to this part of Tucson, you could do much worse than staying here.
