::I have been here for a month and a half paying 315 a week. It's not worth 315 but I have had no choice to rent here because my job is around the corner. In the past month one of the head guys here waits untilnhe does not see my car to knock on my door where my wife is, my wife is not comfortable with opening the door for him because she believes he has a motive other then working. I told him one month ago about the termite in our unit and he never fixes it. I told him one month ago about the leak that is coming through the walls in my apartment and he has yet to rectify the issue. The stove only cooks on high and there is no batterybin the smoke detector I believe the reason for this is that the stove only cooks on high so when it's turned on it smokes alot. Yesterday the head guy waited until I left to knock on the door and my wife did not answer, when I got to the room I stopped in the office and he looked at me as if I wanted something. I asked him what he wanted he said he knocked on the door and my wife didn't answer. I told him she didn't feel comfortable opening the door for anyone when I'm not around, he told me if she doesn't feel safe here to leave I said ok no problem and began to walk away. As I walked away he said "what?" I turned around and asked him what he means by what. He said he would call the cops on me, I laughed because I didn't do anything for him to call the cops. So I went to my room and he came outside I guess to call the cops, apparently the cops did want to come so he got really angry and charged up to me yelling and pointing his finger in my face. I asked him to call down and realise that he was on something. He kept saying call the cops call the cops and talk to them. He said my wife has to open the door for him and I told him no and please go to your area because you are trying to provoke me. He didn't leave and kept talking loud to me so I came in the house and as I turned he said I want you put at 1030 am I told him ok to give me my money back and he said there's no refund.... this guy is hilarious and needs a lesson in customer service and respect. He does not record on his cameras here hmmm I wonder why? But I see why. Do not rent here is it not safe and the head guy is in on the festivities that transpire here. He charges me 315 but last week told me he was gonna start charging me 90 dollars a day after I gave him my money. He wasn't to breach our contract but does not want to give my money back. Place has termites, water bugs, mildew, stove doesn't work correctly nor does microwave. Closest, bathroom and kitchen leaks water everywhere And when I moved in I caught a guy looking in my bathroom window while my girls were in the bath.
