  Good price if you dont mind bed bugs. I woke up at 2am to find dozens of bed bug bites on my thigh, ass cheeks, behind my neck and all over my shoulders and arms. They were sooo bad it took over a week for the bite marks to go away. I will never never stay in a motel along main street again because of this place.

  It was great they treated us like royalty and the beds are so comfortable I love it I love it

  When I arrived for my stay I saw that the room was very small and cramped, it was also dirty. The microwave and fridge were dirty. The bathtub was dirty and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. I talked to the manager about it and he did send someone to clean the room. The management was nice it's just the room I was in was not that nice. The positives are the place is easily accessible to public transportation. The city rail system runs right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. My overall opinion is that the surrounding area around the hotel is very nice, but the hotel just isn't that nice.

  The place has possibilities. 1: The need to invest in new bedding. 2: The trim and light fixtures were very dusty. 3: It would have been nice if they had the pool heated. 4: Right across the street from a very nice college that was well maintained and had their palm trees decorated. There was an excellent 24 hour a day Mexican food place to the west. Walking distance (2 blocks) (drive through or order from outside). Very good!!! There's a Fry's supermarket a couple blocks to the east (huge place). I forgot a nice t-shirt and socks behind bathroom door. Called from the airport (2/1/18) and spoke with Lisa (one of the owners?), and she told me that if they located my belongings, she'd mail them to me. We shall see. I Unlike the reports I read, I didn't see any bugs. I'd take the negative comments with a grain of salt. Maybe their competitors. There's a bunch of hotels along Main Street that I'm sure wouldn't have an issue writing a few negative comments to try and gain some business. I'll let you know if the owner?, Lisa, mails my shirt.   This property is family owned and managed. The outside is well landscaped with a pool in the middle and a water display for bird's to bathe. The rooms are kitchenette and they also have two jacuzzi suites available. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly and attentive to guests needs. The rooms are well decorated and comes with a microwave, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. I would definitely suggest a short term stay at this facility also conveniently located across the street from EVIT college.
