  Office people are loud and very rude. Over priced for a room with roaches. No pool.

  I called ahead for prices and they said it was $65. Get there and it was $82. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was food in the fridge, a hat that wasn’t ours on the floor, the mirrors/microwave/fridge were all dirty. A layer of dust covered the place. We told them it wasn’t clean and then she went back and still didn’t clean it right. We even found part of a blunt sitting on the counter. The foreign people at the front desk started yelling at us and blaming us for the mess and the drug paraphernalia. Called the cops on us and didn’t even give us a refund and we were there for less than an hour.

  This place was a terrible waste of time and dangerous shady business practices could have caused more than an inconvenience. We called at 4pm to make reservations for a weekly stay and we were worried because we weren't arriving until 12-1am and she assured us that it would not be any problem! "Our front desk is 24hrs and you can just ring the bell. Well we got there at 1215 and rang the bell at both offices and called several times and at 1241 finally got a woman on the phone who told me "too bad. We are all trying to sleep and I have kids who have school early and your going to wake them calling. You can check in when we open up in the morning." Both open signs were lit up and office lights all on. But after getting the same response three times and approached five times by drug dealers and one prostitute we had no where to go at 130 in the morning. The business ethics and professionalism were distasteful and downright shady at best. They didn't know if we had maybe had disabilities or children and needed the room like we were promised...the lazy woman should really learn to puck her battles more wisely and not be so ignorant and discriminatory to others after she's given her 'word' which is clearly worthless and meaningless. We probably dodged a bullet though, thanks to that beast of a hotel employee.

  Room was big, not that expensive, across the street from the light rail and Fry's. Really convient location, very quiet.

  Went to go visit some family for a birthday party and they was living here. It's an older place they remodel can't exactly say that this place is for children because there's no on playgrounds nor swimming pools there for entertainment. Other than that it seem like they kept saying place on outside their rooms nice clean and tidy.
