  Fantastic deal for the price. Clean (no bugs/pests), housekeeping brings/doesn't bring according to whatever you ask. Staff and management very friendly and accommodating, even when issues arise and do whatever needed to solve problems. A/C works, coffee pots in rooms, microwaves, and fridges all work. There are some sketchy late night wanderers outside at night, but you wouldn't know unless you were outside. Police patrols through to keep down on the funny business. No "ladies of the night" that I've noticed either. Pools and pool areas are clean. Towel rack available out there, but isn't really stocked. Quiet, safe, and would definitely recommend.

  Stayed two nights on short notice. Had problems, checking in room, somebody else was already in it. Not a big deal. Somewhat shady neighborhood but felt safe. Parking was just outside window so I could hear and see my vehicle at anytime. I could also hear people in the next room over, really thin walls. Breakfast was cereal and pastries. Perfectly free! Great coffee. Room was clean with fresh towels and linens. TV didn't work first night. Second night key card didn't work. I was locked out not once but twice.

  Although the motel is in a slightly depressed neighborhood, the interior of the property is neat and well-maintained. Our room was quite clean, but they put us in a room with walk in shower which allowed water onto the bathroom floor. There was no stopper for the sink. Breakfast is basic but adequate. The staff seemed friendly and efficient.

  Staff was friendly and accommodating, very clean and quiet. Balconies are always a plus. I'm not familiar with the neighborhood but I don't think it's the greatest. It's right off the light rail station so there's a lot of "interesting" people hanging around. I didn't feel safe enough to walk down the block. The location was my only problem, otherwise it was fantastic.

  Stayed March 2018 for 1 day. Was very disappointed with my choice on booking at this property especially at cost of stay. Room was clean but carpeting had raised areas. Cigarette butts on small terrace area outside our room. Air conditioning did not work well. Cigarette butts and trash throughout parking lot. Free breakfast was what we expected. Could not take morning walk because did not feel safe in the area to do so. Had 2 days booked but happy we took the opportunity to add another where we previously stayed. Should have taken them up on staying our final day in Phoenix area and avoided this property.
