Rooms are filthy, unkept, bugs, leaking bathroom pipes, broken bed... I just don't know where to stop.

Reasonable price . Little kitchen no stove but a microwave.

Location is perfect for the area. Close to food, stores and entertainment. It's an older motel, so definitely the place needs to be remodeled.

This is one of the worst places to stay on Main street! Rates are usually 50-75$. The rooms are completely disgusting. Total filth! It's like they haven't had maid services in over ten years! That's ridiculous! The Management are not only rude but are very nosey. I assume Management is this way due to the overwhelming number of drug addicts wondering the streets who are clearly homeless and seem to find their way onto the property and rent the rooms here as well. Upon arriving I found blood stained walls sheets pillow cases as well as dried blood on the matress. When I reported this to management, the manager yelled at me and told me I could leave the room without a refund. Clearly, I stayed, not wanting to loose my money I already paid so I was forced to clean the room myself. I normally do a wipe down when checking into a hotel room, however a biohazard clean up is not what I ever would have expected! And for the manager to be so calm about it and for him to basically attempt to rip me off is truly unbelievable! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! THIS JOINT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND DESTROYED. IT'S A HEALTH HAZARD!

I stayed at Citrus in a few days ago. Paid $120. For 2 nights. It had 2beds equipped with food crumbs. The walls were dirty. And the floor of the small shower were so dirty. That I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies before I could shower. While I left the shower on to rince it out. The water filled the maybe 5 inch water guard. I turned the water off so I could let it drain. So I could shower. But after an hour it didn't drain. So I went to the office no one answered so I went looking around and found a plunger. I plunged it myself. I'll try to put pictures in. And the a/c unit was so dirty I couldn't get the dirt off. Ugh waist of my hard erned money. Oh and roaches and dirty microwave and fridge. Stay away.
