  First time staying here! Front desk staff friendly and welcoming. We got upgraded to 2 suites! Place is clean and cozy! Rooms are big and beds very comfortable. One thing, not a big deal, but if you're a coffee drinker you may find annoying. There was no complementary coffee by the lobby, and staff directed to their restaurant where I was told there was coffee by the lobby, I told the waiter that there was no coffee at the lobby and the nice ladies at the front desk sent me there, I told them that it was ok, I was going to pay for the coffee. It was not a big deal they let me get coffee and didn't charge me, that was very nice. We stayed 2 day here, and the next morning was the same deal with the coffee.

  We just did an overnight getaway. The hotel was nice. I enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub was really hot (which is good!). The side entrance needed some attention (color on sidewalk coming off and leaves were everywhere. The lobby was nice and up to date. Our room was clean and comfortable.

  I stayed here for a couple weeks and enjoyed my stay. They have a pool and hot tub, fitness room with dumbbells and treadmills, conference rooms, and bar/ lounge area. The room was clean and had a desk, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Everything about this place was okay but the people that work here are great. They were all very attentive and friendly.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were first put into had some issues and the manager very gracefully and quickly took care of us and got us another room. We like this Marriott. The amenities are nice at this location.

  We stayed at the Phoenix Marriott in early March and we thought the entire property and staff were excellent. Our room was comfortable and remodeled. The food was excellent we ate at the restaurant on site for the breakfast buffet, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay there with their family.
