::Came to Island Mazda two days ago, on memorial day. The guy from the store didn't seem to care much when he's showing me the vehicles. The touring trim CX-5 I'm interested in was locked in the storage room so I couldn't see it, then I asked about the price, I told him I saw a nice deal 27K on reddit expecting to have some type of bargaining. And the guy literally said, "there's no way we can do that, you should go and get it from that place". Then it's a 15 seconds of silence. Then the conversation ended politely, and I went out and took a Uber to Island Mazda and drove a CX-5 home.

::Horrible experience at the Service Dept. Beware - they will try and SCAM you by charging you for services you never agreed to. Poor Customer Service and zero attention to detail. I will NEVER take my car back there again!

::Scheduled an appointment with Bay Ridge Mazda. I was the first customer that day. The check in process is average. Told that it will take 1.5 hour to complete the service. Waited for 3 hours and there is still no news on my vehicle. I went to inquire it with the service advisor, his response is that there are other cars and I told you that there will be a wait. Am I haveing a stroke and forgot what the wait time he told me or is he implying that I am lying. I asked politely for him to check, then he told me that the service dept is in their lunch break and wonβt be back for another hour. I would appreciate a more accurate wait time. If I would have known that the wait is long I would have gone home and return at the end of the day. I feel that the advisor is not professional and my time is not valued.

::Review for service dept: During a long drive, my tire pressure warning light suddenly came on. Not being close to home, I pulled into Mazda's Neptune Ave service dept with no appointment, but was seen IMMEDIATELY by Arthur. Excellent customer service!! In 5 minutes, I was on my way, and no longer panicking. Thank you for quick, professional service!

::We had such a great experience due to Steven N! Not even sure if a Mazda was in the cards for us, he immediately had me hooked with all his knowledge of every car that was in the dealership. He was super pleasant, professional and was loaded with tons of information to offer. I did end up signing on the dotted line and was equally impressed with David G whom we met with to close the deal. Both gentlemen will make the "car buying" experience smooth and easy and will have you driving out of the lot as happy as can be. So please.....look no further and go see Steven and David.
