  Eihab was very professional and courteous. Friendly staff. unfortunately , they really won’t budge far from MSRP. We couldn’t make a deal.

  A+ all the way. It's a small store, but they have plenty to choose from . . . pleasure to do business with. We just bought a pre-owned Jetta for our daughter here. Salesman Jacob took us on a real test drive. "How far?" His answer: anywhere you - around the neighborhood, highway, whatever. He knew the car features inside and out. Gali handled all the details, coordinating insurance and all the biz stuff. She and David, the Finance Manager, had everything all in order when we got to the store - plates, registration, title, the whole deal. The car was immaculate when we picked it up. Last but not least, the GM Jed . . . had the car serviced, filled the tank, and otherwise made this transaction the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

  Mr. Eihab Alnajjar, the sales associate did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable and attentive and made the process of getting a car very easily. I would definitely recommend any of my friends that are looking for a car to see Mr. Alnajjar. Within an hour I had signed my paper work and was told I can drive off the lot with my new Jetta on the same day. Unfortunately, I had to first couldn't deal with my old car before driving off with my new car. Great job, Eihab.

  Extremely disappointed in their lack of respect for returning customers. Leasing 6 cars from 1 dealership (who retained multiple staff that sold us the previous cars) doesn't entitle someone to anything, but to not even show common decency or mutual respect is disgraceful. Unfortunately I will no longer be a Volkswagen owner due to this atrocious experience, especially after 10 years of loyalty I've shown them. However, Nelson and Jerry at the service garage always did a phenomenal job in getting my car fixed and ready quickly any time I had issues, both great guys.
