  Today I walked into Bay Ridge Hyundai unsure of my intentions (buy, lease, pre-owned etc). As luck would have it, I got hooked up with a sales associate named Frank. His knowledge, low-key, trustworthy and down to earth demeanor and skills left me leaving the dealership 2.5 hours later the proud owner of a 2018 Hyundai Sonata. A shout out as well to Joe B.-the manager who also provided excellent service and attention. I would definitely return to this dealership in the future. And would have no qualms referring peers, family and colleagues. This was my kind of car dealership experience.

  I'm 24 yrs old, I came in with my dad to purchase a used car. I had no idea what i wanted or if i could even get a car with my credit and price range. I came in after making an appointment i worked with Neil he was the salesman and Ahmed he is a sales manager. my experience was not what i expected it to be. I did not expect to have options like i did and me being young, the staff at bay ridge made it comfortable and easy for me. thanks bay ridge your great :-)

  After a lot of research I decided to take an hour drive from NJ to come down to Bay Ridge Hyundai, reason being they had the exact Sonata i wanted. I called ahead and spoke to a young lady her name was Julia she assured me the car was still there, when i arrived at Bay Ridge i began to work with a salesman his name was Neil, very knowledgeable, and nice young man. I have to be honest the atmosphere at this place is very warm and welcoming everyone is nice. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

  My experience was very pleasant, smooth and welcoming. The staff was so friendly and professional. Our sales Man Chris was great he showed us exactly what we were lookin for. So happy with our purchase! Def would recommend these guys.

  Love this place!! Julio was super helpful, friendly, and efficient. Got us a great price. Was up front and honest from the minute we walked in the door. Past car buying experiences have been painful this was a great experience. Would highly recommend Bay Ridge Hyundai for all of your car buying needs.
