  This place is to be avoided at ALL cost. Service is absolutely horrendous. It typifies why so many of us dread autoshops. They regularly misdiagnose in order to bilk the unsuspecting customer. They lost the hub of 1 of my wheels among other things and never replaced them. Smh

  Great place. Very friendly and accommodating. I got my car serviced and it was a lovely experience. I would have given this store a 5 but there was tons of customers getting their car fixed that day. It took 4 hours. Over booking is a common practice in NYC, especially in Brooklyn. Nevertheless the rep was nice and recommended the best time to come for service.
