::I bought 2 cars from this establishment and i was treated with such a professional manner i had a budget limit i wanted to spend unfortunately the car i wanted was a couple of hundred over not only did he worked something out with me but the point is i drove out with the BMW i wanted and sooooop love I'm the VIP of my friends thank you auto Land workers and owner for all your hospitality respect and again your professionalism i will definitely come back to trade and get a new in few yrs since i just got my Beamer much blessings & sales........ ::Terrible . Scam. Got a car here couple years ago.. the worst they make you pay a million fees before purchase & the price goes 3-4 thousand dollars higher .. they give you one key copy.. & promise you another one and never get it .. they promised a detailed car wash & the car was dirty as if they personally use it when i received it.

::EXCELLENT service.No high pressure sales pitch. Just have a general sense of what your looking for and how much you would like to spend, and let them do the rest. At no time did we feel overwhelmed with choices. The sales manager took his time and walked us through our choices. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and professional. At no time did we feel ignored. EVERYTHING was done for us, all under one roof! Can't say enough about our experience. ENJOY your purchase!

::I'm writing this review out of concern for others not to be duped by these guys. My boyfriend and I were interested ina vehicle and gave our credit card to hold a vehicle until they got it. Well they never got the vehicle and charged his credit card $2000 anyway. We asked for the money back since they never got the vehicle and told us they would give the money back. It has been over two weeks and still no refund. Be very careful of these ripoffs. Still waiting for our money.

::BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Drove down from Westchester for a deal that seemed too good to be true, car listed for what was shown on the website as 2,500 below market value. Sales manager says no the price listed online is after the down payment. Double checked the ad while standing there, doesn't state that anywhere at all. Tried to negotiate, and he wouldn't come down to the price that he had listed online at Car Gurus. Do not waste your time or money with these shady dealers. The person who showed us the car was very courteous and helpful, but the sales manager was a snake. The other reviews you will find online will reflect similar situations I am sure, and if not, they are likely fabricated.
