::From what I know is that all of these units are owned in a rented out as airbnb's. The reason for the one star service is because each unit is individually on so I can't speak on all of the owners. Other than that this is a great location a great place to start over

::This is a very tight-knit community, and the apartments are about the same as in tight for space. The studios are literally one room, a bath and a closet. My friend says it's convenient because the location is best major interstates and the RTD train station (Arapahoe Station is raining distance, as is highway 225). I say it's "quaint". For the price, it's just okay. 3 stars, no overall here folks. It's small, that's all.

::Beautiful landscape, awesome pool, perfect rooms, and very well constructed smoking areas. If you stay here, your trip to Denver will be amazing.

::Decent rooms but terrible service, many things were not as advertised. Beds were dirty and it took a lot of argument to get clean sheets, hot tub had stagnant water and trash in it, internet was very slow, the "business area" was shut down and needed a password to boot up the computers but no one was around to help, they claimed they offered a 5 mile shuttle service but it turned out to only be 2 miles. Save your money and go somewhere half decent, this place is very poorly ran.

::Great place to stay whether you're in town for a few nights or a couple months. The Boston Commons is located less than 3 miles from the Park Meadows Mall & just a short distance from so many great Restaurants. If you decide to go out for a night on the town, you're less than 10 miles from downtown Denver & if driving isn't an option the Light Rail is only a 10-15 minute walk (0.8 miles) from your front door. The community is very quiet but definitely kid friendly. I've been living here for the past 2 & 1/2 months & I absolutely love it! I couldn't possibly think of a better place to stay for as great of a price in this area.
