::Monica has been very helpful and pleasant to work with. She makes sure everyone has everything that they need. She takes time to greet each guest and interact with them which I find very pleasant. Monica makes sure every guest and their furry babies and human babies feel welcomed

::I've been here for almost 2 weeks, getting ready to move forward here at the end of the week. I have to say, you can't go wrong with this place. Friendly staff and tenants. Clean, quiet rooms, clean laundry facilities, and for the price you really can't beat it. When I come back this way, I plan on staying here again with my pups.

::If you want a very eventful hotel experience for a "Film Noir" book you are writing, book your room at the MainStay Suites Hotel. If you just want peace and quiet, you might consider somewhere else. If you need to stay in a really quiet, peaceful hotel when you arrive in Centennial, Colorado, do not stay at the MainStay Hotel in Englewood. If you want an adventure, stay at the MainStay Suites. I was there for a little over a week and I got to listen to the dulcet tones of a couple pretending to be newlyweds above me. I hear every creak of the floor, bed and every moan and grunt and thrust and parry. #Thirsty On another night, another couple coupled in the room next to me. Every noise was heard and felt this time, as my bed moved along with theirs, so thin these walls seem to be. I was so hoping the would not come through the wall, hard as they seemed to be trying. Night before that, there were 2 visits by the fire department, as the fire alarm went off at 8pm, for almost 70 minutes, and again at 330am, for at least a half an hour. During the lull in fire department visits, the guests were entertained by a visit by deputies of the Sheriff's Office, across from my room, as there was a melee of some kind at 2am. The banging on the door by the deputies was what woke me up. If you want a very eventful hotel experience for the book you are writing, book your room at the MainStay Suites Hotel. If you want peace and quiet, try somewhere else. There was one bright light.... There was an African American Woman, who was the morning front desk worker. She was friendly and professional. She was a true professional and I hope the place gets more good souls like her to work there.

::Joy, Chris/Bryan and the front desk team go out of their way to make sure everything for your stay is just right. The kitchen was awesome and the property was in a good location. Anything you need is within walking distance. We had a two week stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Joy, you made our vacation!!!!!!!!

::If I could do 0 stars I would. Horrible staff. They charge $110+ per night for a room but you have to take your own towels down, you have to change your own bedding and take your own trash out. They charge a $50 cleaning fee if you don’t do the tasks stated above. So you pay $100+ per night AND you have to do all your maintenance. I travel for work so I’ve stayed in many, many hotels all around the US and I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that didn’t have room service and charged a cleaning fee. Lazy. Trashy. That’s how I describe this hotel and it’s front desk employees. They need to charge $20 if we have to do all our own work. Horrible hotel. I do not recommend at all. A bunch of lazy, dirty crackheads running the place.
