::There is no wow factor here, just clean rooms and nice employees. We used a double queen suit with a sofa bed for all 5 of us.

::Service was good, breakfast team was terrific. However, I still have not received my welcome amenity points. The IHG website is unresponsive when I try to report missing points.

::Stayed here for the Boyz II Men concert. The rooms are small, but they had a full size refrigerator, cabinets with dishes and a small kitchen. In need of some upkeep! Looks like a dog chewed on the trim, and last remodel must've been a rush job because door hinges were painted white over brass. Had something dripping from a tube in the ceiling in the bathroom. Needs AC units that work! AC was on but temp barely dropped over a few hours. Also had trouble getting in to exterior entrance because the card reader was not working properly.

::Check in very friendly staff . Requested lower level . Not a problem . Room was spacious and clean . Brandon called to make sure all was well with the room . Breakfast was great . Eggs ,potatoes sausage, waffles, yogurt fruit ,cereals and muffins . Social hour was delightful. Beer ,wine ,sodas and finger foods . Great conversation with Server . Very helpful and polite . Great asset to your team. Pool and hot tub very relaxing. Nice area . Santi at front desk was very professional. He helped book our extended stay. Was greeted with a smile upon check out and asked how our stay was and asked to please return . Everyone encountered was very friendly ,professional and polite !

::We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you cook in your room and get a higher floor. The hotel is in need of an influx of cash for renovations and some TLC. Cons: The biggest concern here is that some first floor windows do not lock. I called the front desk about my window that wouldn't lock and they said, oh, yeah. Lots of them don't lock. We're going to fix it one day. The grills frequently dont work. On our 6th day here, both grills did not work. There were bees by the pool reported by us and other guests, and the hotel did nothing about it. The other guest bought something to kill them herself after her husband was stung twice. It's difficult to get housekeeping. We asked to be put on the schedule three days in a row, and only on the third requested day did they show up. They made my bed up with sheets that stunk of BO, so they had to come back to change the sheets. They were not at all pleased to do this and kept questioning me as to what was wrong with the sheets. The replacement sheets were fine. We had to put dirty towels and trash bags in the hallway and go to the front for replacements. We had one spoon and three forks. The spoon had been destroyed by the garbage disposal, making it very sharp. There are multiple couches sitting in the hallways. Hallways frequently stunk of marijuana. Walls are thin, and upstairs neighbors will wake you up. Pros: The free laundry service is fantastic. The machines are new and nice. The breakfast is actually really good. Better than the usual hotel breakfast, and they occasionally change items out so it's not the same every day. The pull out bed is quite comfortable. BBQ grills were great when they worked (about 50% of the time). Having a large refrigerator, dish washer, and cook top were fantastic. The social hour was a really nice touch. The food wasn't good, but the drinks were great.
