::A nice place overall. The staff were all nice and pleasant to interact with. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Basically what you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

::When we first checked in the bed was kind of soft. I asked at the desk, and they had someone come the next day, and they made it firmer. They greeted us everyday and after someone broke the lock on our car they allowed us to park in the well lit reserved section.

::Rooms clean, friendly service! Parking lot was not plowed or treated at all after snow for days, really dangerous walking outside to car. Breakfast decent on a run.

::Pool was cold and small, no hot tub which was a bummer. Breakfast was a good spread and fresh. Workout room was fully loaded with different kinds of machines and free weights. Room was clean and simple.

::Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel. The parking lot was mostly empty, no more than a quarter of the way full for sure and the door was locked. I rang the buzzer and after a few minutes somebody walked out and tried yelling through the door at me. All I can make out is he said they were full. Because he wouldn't talk to me like a normal human being face to face I gave them a call. He entered the phone with a very rude tone and I politely asked him what his name was and that I wanted to book a room. He refused to give me his name and fed me some lying about how he can't book me a room until morning because he had already done inspections for the night or something like that. I've never heard of a hotel that can't book out a room because it's night time. As someone who has stayed at this location many times for business this was very disappointing and I won't be back.
