::It's an older property showing its age now. But the location can't be beat. Right next to the I 25 near Denver Tech Center. A Target and restaurants close by. They have a decent breakfast spread. The full kitchen is also very convenient and had most of what you would need in terms of equipment to cook a basic meal.

::I am a Hyatt guy and I love these Hyatt Houses especially when travelling with the family. We arrived super late on a Sunday and the host was very very friendly. We did get a 2 bedroom upgrade which was amazing. Once again, the host was all smiles and very helpful. The internet was very fast for me and we were pretty far from the front desk, so they must have upgraded to a decent system. Locally, this site has easy access to plenty of great things. We're actually still here, but am enjoying the hotel so much, feel like it deserves a great review now.

::A perfect stay! The staff is super friendly and room was clean. Every time I met them they are with smiles and say hi. Had everything we needed to work and cook. Very convenient location. Reasonable prices that canβt beat. 10/10!

::Had a house fire back in April. This is where the insurance company sent me since May while it all got fixed. Good hotel. Pet friendly. Only a handful of times where I asked for a full service clean of the room and request was NOT filled. But really not a big deal as everyone is short staffed. The breakfast in the mornings was nice. Definitely took advantage of that. The crew they have on staff is dope. Especially the night attendant. Forgot his name but awesome and friendly dude.

::This was not a great experience. When we arrived and checked in, we were told that some renovations were being done so we could not access our room from the lobby elevator. We had to walk outside past the pool to the other side of the hotel to access another elevator. The elevator buttons were broken and carpet needed to be vacuumed in the area. As soon as we got to the floor, we noticed a mildew smell mixed with maybe food or something. I did write a review with the 3rd party we booked with to advise about our experience at check in. The manager, Maria, called the next day. She gave the option to get a new room on 1st floor or check out with no penalty. I decided to switch to a new room. Maria did advise that there was a recent leak or something which may be reason for the smell. I was wearing a mask so I didnβt really smell anything when she showed us the room, but I did notice the windows were open in the room. When my sister and husband came down to the new room (not wearing masks) that noticed this room smelled. We went about our day, but that night when we came back, the smell was unbearable. I called the front desk and spoke with Jamie. He was not empathetic and just basically said we can check out with no penalty. We agreed to do that, but before even checking out, my husband got sick (has a weak stomach) due to the smell. It was terrible. We went a few mins away to Comfort Suites. Much better experience for our final two days. Maria was nice and attempted to assist but there was no getting around that stench.
