::5/27/2023 - Checked out after staying overnight, on our way home. The room was nicely appointed. There's a pool and workout room, but we were too tired to use them. It was a nice place to rest. It's quiet and they have a nice breakfast from 7 - 10am (I think 🤔).

::We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms good, service good. Breakfast great! (Mostly due to a very peppy and delightful breakfast attendant! 👍) I only had a few minor things of mention: the pillows in the room could have been more crisply placed. The room didn't have a makeup mirror, and the ice bucket wasn't cleaned out, someone left trash in it. Other than that, we had a nice stay. And we would stay here again.

::Biggest complaint is billing. They charge room rate plus an incidentals fee when you check in, THEN when you check out they charge the actual room fee. So I have my room fee cleared and still have the pending $320 FIVE days after checking out. I've called three numbers and all they say is it will drop off in a few business days. Will not be direct booking with them again.Staff was pleasant. Room was nice. Food was good. Their pool hot tub situation is horrible. Even after rinsing our suits off , left the room smelling like a chlorinated swamp. I sliced my foot in the hot tub. Left it bruised and bleeding, interfered with my Zoo enjoyment the next day.

::The room was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The Suttle bus driver Mark did very amazing above an beyond he dropped us off at the concert an came back picked us up after the shuttle bus was done running for the day. It was very nice hotel pricey but hut tub in the room was awesome!

::My sons and I stayed at this hotel for just one night this past week for a mom/son mini-vacation. Our stay was beyond our expectations. Most of that was due to the friendly staff who consistently went the extra mile. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub 3 different times throughout our stay, worked out at the gym which had plenty of machines, free weights/kettle balls, and yoga mats. We spent time in our spacious room watching the giant TV and spent time in the lobby playing games while drinking hot chocolate from the cocoa station at the front desk which included the wonderful touches of chocolate chips, crushed candy cane, and of course marshmallows. The breakfast foods were plentiful and varied so everyone could be satisfied. Of course my boys love the waffle station and the staff went the extra mile to bring each of them a little container of sprinkles for their creation of waffle, syrup, whipped cream, and strawberry compote. They have not stopped talking about our time there since we came home and we plan on making it an official tradition for every Christmas break.
