  I used to live here with some friends and I was back from outta town visiting and they definitely have made some big changes and the new trailers they added there are really nice

  Nice trailer park,the roads could be better managed,but everyone is friendly.The Office personel are there to help into your loan and move - in process! Formerly,Bluffs Acres,now The Grove Trailer Court!! When considering living here note: Lot fees, which include parking, trash, and water are between $500-$600.

  My friend moved here, quit and cozy but very confusing for me to get in or out of the trailer court. Clean, no trash visible, neighbors waiving.

  Dont remember if the office is handicap accessible or about wheelchair ramps either you have to probably pay extra for that the pandemic. Has made it so your not allowed in the office with or without mask from my experience, they were very upset i went i. To pick up a letter that was accidently put in the drop box. They could have been a little more professional about the way they talked to me I didn't know whether they heard me knock so I opened the door to say is there someone here but yeah not to bad Somewhat quiet , having to wait a long time to fix driveway due to the flooding they said but it causes issues exspecially in the winter with deep cracks in driveway hard to shovel hurts your wrists and tripping over it on ice is no picnic , wish I still could have been quoted a price to fix to save money i know before it was suppose to cost 600 I have been waiting three years but there's new managent so we'll see, rent keeps going up paying more than our mortgage for renting the lot , cannot have guest park on street well not over night they will tow it or stick a orange sticker to ur window and the closest parking is for three cars at the end of the block but we did get the ok to do it ourselves not really for the elderly . Had issues cannot have to much nice stuff in yard people take it but it is pretty quiet no issues with neighbors yet so that is nice .Being a little farther from the city is nice because of the noise. Sorry for the sloppy texting my left eye has trouble seeing Thank You
