::I just signed my papers to own my own home here, they helped us so much along the way and kept us updated at all times with anything going on before signing all closing documents, if you are looking to own or rent a home I would absolutely recommend this community! Right now they dont because of covid but I kmow when things are normal they do community things for the kids of the community!

::I have lived here for years and I am so tired of the lot rent going up every year. I now pay more than what my house payment is and it's really getting tiring. I have lived here 26 years and my lot rent has tripled

::Don't live here. The office people are a joke to scared to open the office to deal with the people that live here. Let alone let kids run around and throw marbles at cars and refuse to do anything about it. When call the office they claim even with door locked they have a customer came in. How is this when the doors stay locked all day. Have marbles in my hand of kids hitting my car. Where is the liability in this place to make sure we have a safe and secure place to live? Guess need to get police and courts involved to deal with it.

::A place who doesn't care if other neighbors damage your property, if you're having issues with your property, and if you are getting things stolen. Honestly i dont think they really care about you only their money. Also some neighbor lost their job in the pandemic and were barely making money for rent they didnt care and told them if they didnt pay they had to leave. Lastly constant rent increases, need road repair, lots of snow, ice during winter, and some streets are going through constant floods.

::Don't buy a manufactured home here. This place is owned by Strive Communities. The lot rents are constantly being raised. They send out notices to seize your home if you are only one week late on lot rent. The lot rent is also too high for the area. They charge a pretty penny for water too. There are no perks to living here. High price, rent an apartment for less.
