My daughter lives in this park an has a maintenance man who follows her an all her friends through the park I as her mother cannot even visit with out him following through the park I fill quite intimidating an am starting to fear for my safety especially at night if I go over to visit her the maintenance man follows me there an sets across the street from her home till I leave like I an my husband or son are criminals. Them management will not answer there phone to report the issue I guess I will have to get the family attorney an police involved

Great place to live before and after the flood. This all ages community is very family oriented and all the upgrades being done are appreciated. Love the staff. Good rental rates and reasonable lot rent.

Lived here for several years and now with this new management/ company its gone down hill bad. They say they will fix an issue and never does. People are right when they say its a horrible place to live. I have had to calla news station for them to even fix a problem and that's only because the news station called them. Houses are falling apart they owm but yet there bringing brand new houses on. Fix whats wrong first them bring houses in. No matter how many months you have gone to them about water pouring in your yard from underground they do not care to hurry and fix it. Even if its a health hazard. Was called green acres. Horrible place and people. When the flood came in March, the people worked there came in and took my kids piggy banks and many tools and etc.

I have lived at Green Acres since August 2018. I lost my home to the flood but Strive Communities was wonderful to all their residents. We decided to come back and now we own our 2018 double wide. The flood was a blessing im disguise. Management is super nice.
