  Unfortunately, Harrah's is not the place to stay if you are not a gambler! We were working at another hotel in downtown Omaha, Nebraska but, they did not have parking spaces for semi trailers so we were forced to stay elsewhere. We chose the casino, thinking it would be a good place, offering Recreation and, a pleasant visit. Unfortunately, the only Recreation here is the casino. There are two restaurants within, the 360 Steakhouse which is only open Wednesday to Sunday. And Guy Fieri's restaurant which offers a limited menu. Delicious and GREAT service but, difficult if you are on a special diet, as I am. There are not, as far as I can see, any locations nearby that are within walking distance for other options. There isn't even a snack center at the front desk or on each floor a vending machine. It is very clear, management or ownership wants you to use their restaurants exclusively! We also had sort of anticipated that there would at least be a pool or hot tub available for guests. There are none, so I decided to go for a stroll outside and find some place to sit and enjoy the nice weather and the green lawns... Uh oh! No benches anywhere except by the front door! What's the deal Harrah's? There aren't even benches on each floor if you want to sit near the window just to be alone for a few moments. Apparently, the people in the adjoining room must have made a big win because, they returned to their room around midnight and were talking very loudly on the other side of the adjoining door, very excited about something. This excitement and Loud talking did not end until 3:00 a.m. too bad we had to work at 5:00 a.m. and did not get sleep that night! The beds are extremely comfortable, it would have been great to actually sleep. (See that silver lining right there? 😇😅) I would probably not stay here again given that detail. The only place to sit and relax was in our room or at a restaurant. Very disappointed, the price we paid should have given more accommodations for the introverts in the crowd. No pictures, I'm not impressed.

  Rooms are dated but still fairly clean and comfortable. Some of the slot machines are very old looking with buttons either missing or not working. Lots of cigarette smoke. Guy Fieri’s restaurant is delicious with huge servings. It would’ve been nice to have a bar for drinks outside of the casino away from all the cigarette smoke.

  Rooms are nice. Coffee pods one regular and one decaffeinated. Missing shampoo. Casino is a riverboat so lower ceilings more cramped. There is a non smoking area which is totally separated from smoking but has a very limited number of slots

  Lots of construction going on, at Harrah's and on the cities highway system. Easy to get lost or miss directed. Dine in options are very limited. Hotel is clean and quiet, rooms are dated but more then adequate for the 'price'. Horseshoe, a shuttle away, is larger but the new concert series will be the saving grace for this location.

  Very quiet, a casino shouldn't be so quiet. I enjoyed my stay just had thought and hoped it would have been more exciting. I was able to get a lot of work done while I stayed. Clean rooms, nice staff . And the food at Slice is awesome. That staff also rocks.
