::If I could give no stars I would. We arrived at the hotel and the whole inside was very sticky. We checked in and I reserved 2 rooms and they were supposed to be a couple doors down from each other, they were on opposite sides of the building. The air conditioner unit on one end of the hall had exposed wires and no cover on it. The air conditioner unit on the opposite end of the floor was not even plugged in. We went to our room and found empty alcohol cans by the bed. My daughter was going to use the restroom and closed the bathroom door but was unable to open it from the inside. I had to let her out from the outside of the bathroom. The bottom of the bath tub was light black. While waiting in line to speak someone at the front desk, one gentleman asked my husband if he knew of any nearby hotels, another gentleman told the front desk clerk his mini fridge in his room didn’t work and they said they would try to fix it. We cancelled our rooms. I asked to speak to someone and nobody there seemed to know what was going on. The front desk man told me to call the next day to talk to Brian. I called and asked to speak to the manager again and he told me he wouldn’t be in until 7-8pm tonight and now tells me his name is Bavak (I asked him to spell it so I didn’t misunderstand). They told me my money would be refunded and only half my money is back in my account. I would not recommend this hotel to any family.

::I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. As a coach of an out-of-state middle school robotics team competing at an event near by, we booked our stay with your establishment and were disappointed to find that the pool was closed upon arrival, despite being told otherwise when we made our reservation. We were informed that the pool would be open the next day, which we found to be untrue as it was still closed. We were later told that the pool was being repainted, which was not communicated to us during our booking process or upon our arrival. This inconsistency in information caused a great deal of inconvenience to our team. We were further disappointed when we requested a refund for the unused nights due to the miscommunication and inconvenience caused, and were refused by your staff. We were initially told that we would have to contact a manager to receive a refund before we left, and tried to get in contact with management for over a month, during which we were given the runaround and never received a response. Furthermore, we were extremely disappointed to learn that your staff had provided false information to our credit card company, claiming that the pool was open when it was not. I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and treatment we received during our stay at your hotel. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from a business establishment, especially when it comes to basic amenities such as the availability of a pool. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your customer service, communication, and accountability.

::I stayed at the hotel on Saturday, April 29, 2023. When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a reservation, then told the room was not available, then in the same interaction told the room had been made available, no working elevators, no public bathrooms, our room had a clogged toilet, no one offered to unclog and we had to ask for a plunger. We used all 4 of the towels that were in the room, and the two hand towels. The towels were used and left on the jacuzzi and in the bathroom. We brought our own bedding to this hotel. When I called and talk the hotel this morning, the man started yelling at me as soon as I called his additional charges fraudulent. The room was supposed to be $206.08, hotel charged $306.08 on April 29, 2023, Monday may 1,2023 the hotel charged another $100, and $75.00 fee. I am now disputing all charges except the 206.08 for the actual room. DO NO STAY HERE!!!!

::The front desk staff were pleasant. This place was one of the dirtiest & ill kept Comfort Suites I’ve ever seen. The breakfast was minimal & the milk was rancid. I use Comfort Suites because they are normally nice for the price point & I’ve spent 100s of night with them; this place does not meet my expectations & I don’t recommend it.

::Love my employee rate!! Nice hotel, king room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Room was big with a couch and fridge and microwave plus a nice sized flat TV. Staff was efficient and breakfast was good. Love that they have grape juice and not that awful mango infused that so many Comforts have. This will be my go to when I am in the area to run my dogs at the field trial.
