::I booked this place because it was cheap and close to Omaha but I didn't read the reviews until after I had booked. I was very worried based on all the negative reviews after I had booked my non-refundable stay. When I went to check in, (Sunday at 10 PM) the lady at the front desk was very nice. I got my key and braced myself to see a dirty floor, a raunchy bed, and maybe a roach or two. Much to my surprise, everything was clean. I pulled the sheets and they looked clean to me. The restroom was clean. The AC worked. Parking was well lit. I have no complaints. I slept well through the night and then left in the morning to catch my flight. Unfortunately I never turned on the TV or used the wifi so I cannot report on that. I rarely write reviews but I felt that it was right to dispute the negative reviews. Not sure, maybe this place has turned it around in the few months since the last negative reviews? All I know is that I did not encounter any of the negatives and was happy to have a clean shower and bed before leaving Omaha.

::I checked in by myself and told lady at front desk it was just me.(f32)The deadbolt on my door doesn't make contact to the frame to lock the door. The swing bar lock doesn't work either as it's not lined up correctly. Anybody that has stayed or been in this room would have knowledge of this. The gap between the door frame and the door is easily visible from the hallways. The worst extended stay hotel!

::Roaches!!!! And they refused to refund me. Checked in for a week long stay for work because price was decent, however!! Witnessed what appeared to be several drug deals go down in the parking lot, but since it was so late on a Sunday evening and having to be to work early after traveling all day, thought I would let that slide. Upon arriving in the room with a loaded cart full of belongings, we turned right around after seeing and killing three roaches. Spent the next hour trying to raise someone at the front desk only to be refused a refund. Going to have to take them to court. GM Irma was rude and very unprofessional. I will think twice about Choice Hotels forever Aaron G
