  Gentleman at the counter was eating food from another establishment when I walked up to order. He never greeted me and continued to wipe his mouth with a napkin while taking my order. He then continue to wipe his mouth then touch my drink and drink lid. Never washed his hands.

  Twice now that i have ordered from this location and the first time they took over an hour to deliver. I called at the half hour mark and they said that the driver had 10 deliveries to go to and that they were sorry but that he was around the corner. another 30 minutes went by and nothing. I called again and that time they offered to take care of the charge.. come to see that they never did. But at least I finally got my order 15 later. Another time- took them 45 minutes to deliver....... again. The girl on the phone (not so pleasant) said "well the driver has 7 in front of you and he's by foot so yeah, we're pretty busy" Needless to say i wont be ordering from this location anymore.

  Does not value loyal employees. Told them I was going to be absent for a matter of months and was promised my job back. I come back only to be accused of robbing the location and was threatened with the police. Never had a bad mark on my record, was promised a Mgr spot in the owners new location and this is how I was treated. I have since come to find the sandwiches are not worth the price by a longshot. I'm tired of ppl telling me they went to the jjs I worked at and hated it. From loyal, to never choosing jjs ever again.
