::Just stopped in for a quick sandwich after work and all I can say is WOW! in a day in age when customer service is dying if not already dead, This guy "Ty"? Gives me hope it does still exist. He was polite and charming, and genuinely seemed happy to help me and my hunger problem. Which is so rare to find now a days, especially at a place like JJ. Thanks again Ty you rock and I will for be back!

::It's always good service here. We make it a point to hit up this location when we come to Chicago once a year. Our kids love it. The seating is always available, because most people take their orders to go. The employees always seem to be busy, but you never feel like a bother to them. A big bonus. Can't wait to come next year!
