  First time I've ever had to wait at a Jimmy John's! And with no apology! 10 minute wait with only 3 people ahead of me.

  I wish the Jimmy John's was open inside the Aon Center when I worked here, but it is a welcome addition to one of my favorite Chicago office buildings. The manager is really nice and they are very fast. I've ordered numerous catered lunches from this location and they do a great job and deliver quickly.
