  Horrible mgmt. Noisy drug dealers trashy outside area unsafe indoors. Too much heat when you don't need it l. Not enough when you do. OVERLY PRICE. OWNERS DON'T GIVE A CRAPPIE ABOUT YOU. MONEY HUNGRY LIARS. BE WARE. PLEASE!!

  Have a friend here, there was no manager or pushy doorman violating any rights as is common in this neighborhood.

  Poor management horrible location noisy lying staff. Dirty. No heat when needed lacks amenities monitored Wi-Fi snooping documents and activity. Don't stay here. Rate changes by the hour. People have been robbed here and mail has been stolen.

  I stayed here and was not impressed. Pros about this place is that it's cheap, staff was nice, and is close to union square. I thought I booked an ensuite but instead I had to share a communal bathroom. I recommend this place if you are on a budget and do not mind sharing a restroom. Also the hotel is located in a sketchy area. Overall I would not stay here again.

  It's clean and private, for the most part. But, you do have to poop in the hallway. This place is like an SRO without the crackheads in the hallway or the desk person demanding IDs from your visitors.
