  El hotel está muy bien decorado. Las habitaciones son muy agradables y completas. El hotel tiene en la recepción una máquina de café gratuita, con un expreso muy rico. Cómo pegas: 1) el armario era enorme, pero no tenía luz, lo que hacía difícil encontrar la ropa (era un pequeño cuarto). 2) La localización, aunque conveniente y céntrica, es una zona donde los sin techo suelen dormir, lo que da una sensación de inseguridad y genera muchos ruidos por la noche.

  3 nights after taxes was $400, which is good for the area. The room is small, and is pretty much just the liking size bed. Once again though, typical for San Francisco. Now the good news: completely renovated!!!! Adjustable fan/ light, wooden shutters, new shower and sink, a GREAT bed to sleep, am awesome big screen 4k tv tucked out of the way, decent sized closet, and friendly accommodating employees. My very favorite thing is the espresso/ cappuccino maker in the lobby. It's so good and easy to make we've been going down there to make coffee and bring it up. They give you a k-cup coffee maker in the room (which is also tasty), but what a damn fine cappuccino you can have 24 hours.

  Location, it's so strategic but located in not a very nice neighborhood. Like.. you can see people having drugs or something while you walked around. The room itself is clean and ok, since I didn't need so much space either. The service is good. Their elevator was creepy and I think the permit is expired. I really see that they try their best to serve people a better stay.

  I would definitely say here again! its in a very convenient location. Staff was amazing always friendly. Room was a good size. The building was old but that added to the charm. it can get a little loud outside but if your use to city noise you should be fine.

  Lovely hotel with the best service. The rooms are all updated, very nice and very clean. Huge, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The tv was huge with lots of channels. It's an old building but that's part of the charm. It has lots of character. Yes, the area is a little sketchy but completely harmless during the day. We took cabs at night to be safe but we never had any issue. It's also a little noisy but that's part of being in a big city. They do provide ear plugs, which I think is helpful. The front desk staff was always incredibly nice and helpful. Our only issue was a very noisy radiator. Around 1 in the morning we (nor the staff) could get it to stop making noise. The front desk worker immediately let us move to another room and let us leave all our stuff in the old room to collect in the morning. They were very understanding and helpful and the whole ordeal lasted about 10 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
