  It's incredibly clear that the Bayonne Post office is very poorly managed. Both locations are under staffed and I'll maintained. My neighborhood postman is great but he often doesn't have a truck to drive in because they are all broken. It's devastating to see hardworking federal employees so poorly treated. Something needs to be done to improve the condition of the postal service in Bayonne because it's literally horrible

  I requested my driver license 2 times from the DMV, but I didn’t receive any of them. When I asked in the DMV they said the problem is from the mail and when I went to the usps no one helped me

  Absolutely disgusted with this post office and the USPS as a whole. They completely lost a $350 check on me. Either one of their employees stole this check or they delivered it to the wrong location. I reached out to this post office first, and their manager decided to mark my request as resolved within 12 hours without even speaking to me. I then reached out to the district manager who has now marked my request as closed. I never received my $350 check that was supposedly “delivered” over 2 weeks ago, meanwhile someone has it that’s not me. This post office will lose or probably steal your mail and have no regard whatsoever. Whoever has my check can not use it since I contacted the issuer and demanded a stop payment on it so haha enjoy it. I think it’s disgusting that these employees will either a. Steal you mail, or b. Be so incompetent that they would deliver your mail to the wrong house even though the address is clearly stated. Horrible service from corporate all the way down to local management.

  I’m specifically leaving this review for the attendant Trudy who helped me file my passport. I got my name recently changed but was still confused about the entire process. She explained everything throughly and was super sweet. She made the process quick and easy! I think what really matters is who is the attendant because it really changes the though experience!

  If I could give a zero I would. Scheduled to get my passport, waited a month. When I came on the day of my appointment they said that no one was there to process it. I mean seriously?!? They claimed that they called. If 3 different people did not get a call then one can say NO ONE CALLED to cancel the appointment. No respect for peoples time and insensitive. Too bad I used to like this place . Never had to wait long in line .
