When we went to check in, the guy at the desk had a very strong accent and didn't speak up. We had to ask, "What?" every time he opened his mouth because he wasn't talking loudly enough. The other guy sitting behind the counter just stared at us the entire time, not saying anything. It was very decent for the price. The room was clean, and everything was set up pretty nicely. However, the pillows were extremely thin, so we had to take the pillows from the other bed and double up on them. Aside from that, the only other complaint about the room would have been the bathroom fixtures were a little dirty. We found a piece of chewed gum stuck to the side of the shower. We didn't stay for the breakfast. When we went to look at it, they appeared to only have some rolls and cereal. There wasn't much going on food-wise, so we went across the street to Perkins. In that sense, the location was excellent. It was right off the interstate so it was easy to get to. We went to Omaha to visit the zoo, and it was a fairly short drive to the zoo.

You pay for what you get. Rooms are ok. Sheet had a small blood stain. One lamp was missing its bulb which they brought once I informed them. Door latches were a bit in rough shape. Carpet needed a vacuum. We had two rooms, the one room was missing the safety lock and the door handle was loose. They don't leave any information packets for services or times. I give customer service a 4 of 5. Room a 2 of 5. Pool was kinda dirty.. Spa was out of order.

I just stayed there during my trip to NebrasKon with some college people last month. My club advisor booked us in and things went great. I stayed in a room with some boys, another group of boys stayed in another room, and some girls stayed in one room for themselves, but we had more boys than girls on the trip. Rooms were pretty clean, including the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was quiet and not so noisy, which is good, but I mostly went up and down the stairs. The swimming pool and spa were very clean, but I wasn't in there for long, and it was open until 10:00 at night, even though most hotel resorts close the pool at 11:00 at night. The kitchen dining room was well-maintained with fresh food and refreshing drinks. However, for the vending machines, whenever I wanted a can of soda, they were all sold out or actually had them but didn't work, so the only machine that worked and had what I wanted was the snack vending machine. Overall, this is a pretty much a decent place to stay.

I tried to call to make a hotel block for my wedding, and the customer service was horrible. The rep was not helpful at all and when I tried to explain I wanted the same rate for each night for my guests, I was told to shop around more and then she hung up on me. Run. Far away...

Cock Roaches are in the rooms, my dad found some when we stayed the other night. The fan in the bathroom sounds horrible. The metal in the bathroom is all rusted, holes in the walls, crappy pillows, elevator sounds like it's going to break down, the pool looked disgusting, and my sister said the water was too cold, and hot tub was way too hot. The only good things are the decent price, location, and the service is decent. They just irritated if you ask for more towels or pillows. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
