Worst hotel I have ever stayed in i had seen and been bitten by bed bugs. I payed for a weekly and after complaining about bed bugs i still couldent get another room. After three days no room service i requested new towels toilet papper and soap and was charged an aditional $20.00. There were vagabonds hanging around in and out of rooms 24/7.. Was even comfronted by an inebriated guest obviously under the influence and threatend. This place is scary and i felt intimidated and un safe every time i walked out my door. Its more of a brothel than a hotel I must attest and am obligated by my moral compus to warn potetial customers and take the time to write this review to warn my fellow patriots and americans of how truly uncomfortable my stay here was... Good luck if you consider staying here and may God protect you..

This is the most amazing home away from home place, it is priced well.. affordable. It's clean and the rooms are spacious and very well kept. I like the amenities and easy access as well as the friendly staff. Will recommend the place to anyone visiting Omaha

    1) My elderly Mom had surgery at the UNMC which is why I stayed here for several nights. When I made the reservations, I clearly stated that she could not do stairs and was told that they had elevators. They do but what I wasn't told was that to get into the building, we had 6-8 cement steps going down into the building. Mom spent 3 nights there and that was a definite problem for her. I did not notice any ramps at all. 2) I had no audio on the TV in my living room one evening, so I called the front desk. I was told there was nothing that could be done until the next day. I left a note on the TV and left the room about 10:00 the next morning. When I got back that evening about 8:00, there were lights on in the bedroom, the hallway and the bathroom that I KNEW I had not left on. In addition, my note was still on the living room TV and I still had no audio. I was spooked. I called the front desk immediately and was told that the only thing they could do was move me or bring me a set of keys, which they did. I checked under the bed, behind the draperies, in the closets and showers. Needless to say, I didn't sleep very well that night. The next day, I was told that it was maintenance who had entered my room. Why didn't they leave me a note or make sure my lights were turned off or fix the TV? I would have known it was them! 3) The morning we left, I was making coffee in the kitchen and happened to look down at the floor. It was crawling with ants. The woman at the desk didn't act surprised. She said she'd let maintenance know. We did like the configuration of the rooms because it was much larger and more homelike than a regular hotel room. It's nice to have a regular sized frig when staying for several days. We both felt the beds were very comfortable. I just wish we'd known about the stairs...I would have booked elsewhere.

We stayed a couple of days for a surgery nearby. Our dog was welcomed. The grounds were well kept and nice. The room was very nice. It had the feel of home. Very cozy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Waffles were delicious. Overall I would definitely stay again.
