  Located close to lots of FABULOUS eating spots. Quick drive to get to the zoo (the main reason for the trip). Staff was super friendly. Pool was warm. Breakfast was good. Room was perfect for our family of 3. Having a full refrigerator is a huge plus for a2 year old snack monster! Lots of great TV options.

  Fawn was the best employee I've been helped by and i visit the hotel about twice a month while traveling for work. First person to ask me about rewards. No One had asked me the last 20 times I stayed and I missed out all of those times.

  the room needed a little maintenance, for example the chrome strip on the light by the bed was peeling off. this is also the first residence inn ive been in the didnt have outlets built into the lights by the bed. the breakfast area is laid out differently than other residence inns. The coffee is next to the food so everyone forms a single slow moving line. They ran out of coffee too. They only have one waffle maker which is right between the egg and the cereal so everyone wanting waffles is standing in the way of the line moving forward. they ran out of eggs, sausage, and yogurt.

  It is conveniently located in an area where you can find restaurants a block from the hotel, a Wal-Mart close-by, and easy access to every place in Omaha. Really nice rooms, big, spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will recommend this place to families and business men. I am coming back on business and will stay here for sure.

  Very nice staff and beautiful rooms. We went to a game at Baxter arena and spent the rest of the time hanging in the lobby or trying out local food places. Really fun space to hang out with a larger group.
