Would not even give one star if I could leave a review , the man whom is working tonight is rude. Making comments on my families size, chasing people down the hallway and when I went to ask about additional pay for my family to stay is when he made the comment. Manager will be talked to in the morning and corporate will be called first thing for the disrespect given tonight. Had stayed here many times and was wonderful til tonight. Will not be returning and had i somewhere else to go as I'm here for a family emergency I would pack my things and leave.

It's ok for just a quick stay and you don't want to pay alot. I was in town for a show at The Waiting Room, so we were just looking for a place to crash. First thing I did after checking in was strip the bed to check for bugs and the mattress looked like it had been in a murder scene. Brownish stains E V E R Y W H E R E. Fast forward to the morning, I went down to grab breakfast for myself and my boyfriend, they don't have the best selection. I made up 2 plates of biscuits and gravy and mini waffles to take back to my room. I was stopped by the front desk gal because apparently THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO TAKE THEIR BREAKFAST BACK TO YOUR ROOM?!?!? You can get delivery services to bring you food and eat it in your room but, you can't take breakfast back to your room to eat? Doesn't make sense to me. I would never stay here again.

NO STARS- My 80 something grandmother traveled to Omaha for an antique show this weekend and stayed at this stayed in this hotel. She now has bites and swelling covering her body including her back, face, arms, neck, shoulders, and legs (basically anything touching the bed). When she asked to speak with the manger she was told they were unavailable and unable to help her. She was unable to get money back and is now at risk of infesting her vehicle and home. I am disappointed in the treatment my grandmother received and disgusted in condition of this hotel, which was only made worse by the lack of care from staff. I would recommend you sleep in your car rather then step foot in this establishment.

When we arrived we noticed something. was wrong with this place. The hotel was not warmed up at all!! The front desk person was sitting with a winter jacket on and behind him two small heaters. Inside was like almost outside! And it was winter. He showed us one and then second room, but both were places you cannot sleep due to freezing cold!!! Even if you could turn a small heater on ,it would take forever to warm up a little bit. We filed a claim right a way and reservation has been canceled. Also basement looked like a dump. Smell of something weird, place was a gross and overpriced.
