  Great location. Cleaning service was excellent. I even forgot my headphones in my hotel room and the staff was kind enough to ship them out to me. I would recommend this hotel.

  Wonderful hotel. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Friendly staff. I would recommend The Wall Street Inn.

  Very disappointed. Horrible customer service. Made a reservation at the Wall Street Inn through Priceline. Accidentally ended up booking for one day too early. Immediately called Priceline and they were willing to help me out, if the Wall Street Inn would be willing to help on their end too. The Wall Street Inn was not helpful at all. They would not respond to my inquiries to change/extend the stay and did not want to hear anything on possible cancellation of the one night stay (even though Priceline was willing to cancel had the Wall Street Inn accepted that). Would never recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

  A pleasant place to stay with nice, older decor. The shower head didn't provide the greatest experience, being an odd style that can't quite achieve a good pressurized spray. The temperature gradient of the shower wasn't very fine either. The room was very warm, and we had trouble bringing the Temperature down below 74. These are minor complaints, overall it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast pastries are very good.
