::I spent four days here and I am very impressed with this Hotel. The staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. The breakfast manager, Carmen Caro was amazing. She made the atmosphere nice and warming. Awesome job! We will definitely stay at this Hotel again the next time we come back to New York.

::Hampton @ Pearl, Financial district.. This is one superb find.. tremendous hotel, clean.. The staff, Management, entire team is exceptional, breakfast, close to all of the action/activities you could possibly need. I have stayed here at least 12-14x.. this is one of the best values for an excellent establishment within the heart of the financial district

::The worse Hampton Inn I have ever used and will be the last time I use one. Had a 2 night stay with a broken heater that would not go higher than 65 degrees. First night I asked for maintenance I have waited 3 hours before going to bed and no one ever showed up. Asked receptionist many time and eaxh time she said that maintenance is coming very shortly. Next morning I asked bew staff member to get maintenance to fix heater. After long day in NY I came back with heater still not working. No one ever came

::Great place to stay! Rooms are stylish staff friendly. The only thing I'll say is maybe a bit more options for breakfast like bacon and sausages . When I stayed there it was just scrambled eggs and bits of meat within it
