  Pretty good. They messed up our reservation and gave us a king instead of two doubles(for three people), but were able to fix it by the second day. Clean, small, but friendly staff.

  We drive 6 hours and checked in here tonight. It is now 12:58 am and sleep is not happening. We are on the 8th floor and across the alley on about the 6 th floor there is a night club with music blasting at ear piercing levels, windows open and people dancing on the fire escape. It is beyond horrible.

  Booked a room with double queen beds. The room is small, but that was fine with me because I wasn't planning on spending much time in it apart from sleeping (and the beds are extremely comfortable). It is a 10 minute walk to the One World Trade Center from the hotel. The small gripe I have about the room is that the mirror/sink is not outside the bathroom...so if you have several people who need to get ready in the morning, you have to wait for people in the shower/bathroom. Aside from that, it's a comfortable place to stay.

  Very nice place. Rooms were very clean and big enough. Same with the bathrooms. Very quiet with little outside noise bothering us. Very close to the Fulton St subway station

  What an amazing location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I wish we could give more than 5 stars. The staff was above and beyond every day of our 3 day stay. The location was great. Close to subway, and all the sights of lower Manhattan. Great restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again. Clean.
