  The hotel is located at a very convenient spot. Union Square and Chinatown are within walking distance while Japan Town and San Francisco Port are a few miles away. The hotel offer amenities such as Wi-Fi, ice machine, water machine, and light breakfast (bread and coffee). The staff are friendly and helpful; the even gave us ponchos during a rainy day. Our room was about the right size for five people to be comfortable. Even though we did not turn on the heating system, we didn't get cold. A good option for sure.

  A bargain and actually a nice place. Bring your own hair dryer though. LOL.

  The staff is extremely pleasant, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

  Great valued (if basic) rooms. Breakfast leaves something to be desired.

  If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Prices are good value for the area. Short walk to MOSCONE for conferences. There's a gay night club next door with some photos of guys in shorts and stuff outside, but nothing worse than that. I stayed there and never saw a single person in or out of that night club, nor any noise coming from it. The staff here is very friendly, and allowed us to check in early, which was a blessing at the time. I will definitely stay here again, and although it was run down, it was clean and quiet and downtown. All my Uber rides were less than $5.
