  AVOID! Don't even think about going anywhere near here. There is a large crowd of drug dealers, vagrants, mentally disturbed people, and other shady characters that gathers right outside the building. They put furniture on the street and set up camp. They'll continually harass or threaten anyone who walks by. You'll see drug needles and garbage everywhere. Don't even walk down the street near here, it's NOT SAFE.
