  My girlfriend and I went in there to just kill time before dinner and we were very impressed. We have never been in a pc Richard and son and didnt really expect the service we got. Long story short, the manager Ronald was awesome. Great prices, and we ended up buying a recliner for a very good price. Glad we came in, will be back, see Ron!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  Went to PC Richards in Rockville Centre today. Purchased a washer and dryer from Marty one of PC Richards best salespeople. I have dealt with Marty for many years. His advice is always spot on and the service he provides is first rate. Hope he is there forever. You should go visit him and see for yourself. PC Richards should be happy for the work he does.   I had the best experience! I have never had any problems with any service in the years I've been going there. Since I never had any bad experiences there, I went back to get all of my appliances for my newly ripped out and designed kitchen. The manager Bobby, the representative that helped me Scott and all the staff were extremely accommodating! I bought EVERYTHING - washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher and even a new washer and dryer. I'm going back in June to get my husband a brand new BBQ for Father's Day. I asked the manager if I would save money by buying it now for bundling purposes and save money. He told me not to worry, he'd take care of me when I came back! I highly recommend them!!!

  We've shopped at PC Richards for many years and experience has always been positive. We went into the RVC today to look at a new washer and dryer, and with so many choices and information we hoped we would have someone good to help us. Our experience with Tom was exceptional and cannot say enough about how easy and enjoyable he made the experience. His patience, knowledge and especially his willingness to make sure we were happy, was incredible. We left confident in what we bought, and smiling because of the experience. Thank you to Tom for being there today!

  A great place to buy appliances! The manager Robert made sure everything was correct with my order and specific requests. Jay helped me choose the best washer and dryer for my needs I have purchased all my appliances there for the last 10 years. If there was any problem it was corrected within 2 days.
