  This was my 1st time going to a Mattress Firm and wow was I amazed. Mattress Firm in Rockville Center is phenomenal. Sales associate Elaine Johnson used every bit of info she had to help me with my purchase. She was amazing. So nice and well spoken. I recommend her when it comes to making a safe and comfortable purchase.

  Quite possibly one of the best mattress shopping experiences of my life (considering mattress shopping isn't always fun). Mike was incredibly helpful and patient and made it easy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store and don't forget to ask for Mike the manager!

  I had the most amazing representative who went above and beyond his job to get us the best mattress possible. Mr. Greg Ryan is the salesman we dealt with I Highly suggest if going there to deal with him. As honest and helpful as they come.

  Staff here is awesome! My husband and I are very particular and skeptical of mattress shopping after a bad experience with Sleep Number but Greg was patient with us as we shopped. Very informed as well. We had our 1 yr old with us while shopping as well and both Greg and Mike, the store manager, were wonderful with him. After 2 hrs we found the perfect mattress for us and it was delivered without any issue at all. Very happy with our experience and will be going back once our son is ready for a big boy bed!
