  Went to buy a chair, and was very specific as to what I wanted. A La-Z-boy recliner, no rocker and a wall saver. Salesman Steve and I agreed, on chair and choice of fabric. It took at least 25 minutes for him to write up order, and being annoyed for the time it took, I signed the contract without reading it. I know that now I have no case. He wrote the order up as a rocker recliner. The store agreed to give me a $50.00 credit, off the rocker recliner, I accepted and Steve said "credit will be given after delivery". I went to store before delivery, to pay my balance and get the credit. Said to come back for the credit, after delivery ". I'm at store now, so credit me now. " Needless to say, they finally did.

  Very nice show room with friendly staff. I used to think La-Z-Boy was just ugly recliners but that's not it at all. They have many different furniture styles, and nice sleek recliners as well as the ugly ones I imagined. That just means theres something for every style there.
