  We had a wonderful experience buying our new mattress! Chuck Grubman, the sales associate we had today was super helpful and patient. We highly recommend him for your mattress and pillow needs! We didn't feel pressured and he addressed our concerns to help us find a mattress we both loved!

  We had a great experience buying our new bed. Kathy was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She guided us to trying the right bed type for our needs and was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process!

  Rose was an excellent salesperson. She initially let me try out 3 different types of mattresses, and then once I told her I preferred a medium one (as opposed to firm or soft), she took me to the medium section of the store and let me try all the mattresses. She was very clear about prices, and showed me value deals, etc. I had to delay my purchase several days because my delivery date was not yet available for her to book, but Rose remained in contact with me for the week, and contacted me the minute my day opened up for her to book. I could not have experienced better service. Happy to recommend this store and rose specifically

  I had a great experience at mattress firm. The selection was great! It was an easy experience and Sandra was very helpful, she worked to find me a mattress that was within my budget. I will definitely come back again in the future. Update: I needed to last minute change my bed from a twin to a Full and Adnan was amazing! He helped me minutes before the store was closing with a cheerful attitude and even matched the price of the twin with the Full, I could not be happier!
