  I hate this place. This place has over 25% of the resident on crack cocaine and it seems as if that the management approves of such as they encourage "harm reduction" rather than eradicating the Latino gang drug dealers always loitering on the street. Why would the gang loiter almost 24-7? Because they know that this area has many crack addicts. These gangs carry long knives (and possibly guns). Despite the signs saying NO DRUG ZONE (double penalty) it does nothing to deter these ruthless gangs. I ask the black negro gangs just one block away about why there is no turf war they say that we let them have that area (front of midori) and they leave us alone here. Police are just as corrupted as the gangs as they lie on their court testimony as if there is no God. Police have a lax attitude here since they do not live here. If they have their child in this area they would not be this carefree about the gang violence. One resident here was shot to death in my front door on late November 2014. I went to the captain's monthly meeting on January and asked him how many more need to be shot to death before you start eradicating the latino gangs? Response is that "we are underfunded". Why not re-allocate the police funds from wealthy area (less crime) and increase the funding to the poor area (at least temporary to get rid of these hoodlums). Not that easily done? More like if the crime and gangs are removed then they would be less work for the court system, police and less justification for tax dollars. Evil system of revolving door as the penalty for gangs is not tough enough like other countries. Instead this country need to create lies of drug addiction is a medical problem rather than a crime. What sickens me is that these gangs drive newer cars and laugh continuously as they are having a good time with easy money. They do not care where the money is coming from even if the money they receive are stolen money (directly or indirectly). They are happy to see the addiction as it reassures their income flow. Whoever says that drug addiction is a victimless crime is a selfish and evil person as they do not see how innocent bystandards have to put up with these drug gangbangers as they urinate on the sidewalk, carrying weapons, and act like a pact of wolves. What is worse is that the churches around here have homosexuals, transgenders, and crackheads which the church (City Impact) refuse to preach the gospel of narrow the road to life and wide is the road to destruction. Church does not care (apostate churches) as long as they get large donation for their "good works" of feeding everyone. The sermon they preach is weak in substance and content. The churches that are worse than City Impact around here is St. Anthony and Glide as they do not even spread the good news of Christ and feed people like mindless animals. Wake up, human have the strongest comprehension of Jesus Christ and drugs and other demonic activities inhibit Christ from entering into their lives. Hebrews 13:8 states that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. For He is the Word of God (John 1:1) he directed His prophets to write down to be what is commonly known as the Holy Bible. Read Psalms 73:3-12 and it describes these gangs. People has only gotten worse since 2000 years ago (2 Tim 3:1-7). People has only gotten worse since this was written.
