  This is a great hotel to stay at despite all the road work going on near it. The breakfast is a full course fulfilling meal. We will choose this place again.

  I’m a Hilton Honors member and am loyal to Hilton anytime we travel. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My AC didn’t cool the room. It was muggy and hot and it was a beautiful cool night outside. We were only here for one night for a cheer competition in town. We got little to no sleep in my room and my friend across the hall also got no sleep due to the AC. I have a 4 hour drive home tonight after the competition is over. We came together and neither of us feels fit to drive. Also, I was charged more for my room then my friend. It was booked as a block and we were told it was the best rate. I asked if they could adjust my rate and the front desk and Becca said no that wasn’t possible. I asked for a place to nap before the drive home and was also told no to that. I didn’t need to spend the night in town. We stayed to avoid driving fatigued. Just wanted a good nights sleep in a safe, clean, comfortable bed. Didn’t happen and there is no one to talk to that can address this in real time. I can call Monday. Don’t stay here. It’s not renovated fully yet. The AC doesn’t work. It’s the old against the wall kind. Street side rooms are loud and the food in the resteraunt was not good. Also, the front desk is of no help and was slightly rude. You can stay somewhere for half the price and get a much better, comfortable room.

  The room was clean, but in disrepair in many aspects. Sections of furniture were colored with whay appeared to be sharpie maker to hide scratches in the furniture. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the condition made it difficult to turn on the shower. The breakfast in the morning was supposed to be included (according to the front desk) for certain members of their honors program, yet we still got charged. The service in the breakfast area was very poor. Staff avoided tables, ours and other patrons. If a clean bed was all I wanted, I would've been happy. However, I have come to expect more from Hilton properties.

  Pretty standard for Hilton Garden Inn but the people made it great. The evening bartender Jose was absolutely a delight! The ladies at the breakfast buffet were also very wonderful to speak with; always had a genuine smile on their face. I stay at HGI all live in the country. It was nice that when I got in late one evening and went to swim my 30 minute laps, (even though it was after closing time) no one gave me a hard time!

  Place is very nice, very clean. AC worked great, if not a little too good. The room was exactly what we expected. The only thing wrong was, that noises kept coming from the bathroom, like someone was bouncing a ball from the floor to the wall. Finally realized that it was the pipes. The noise didn't start until sometime before my alarm was supposed to go off. I kept hearing that noise and couldn't get back to sleep. Other than that, no complaints.
